      For some reason, bedrock is not generating under Badlands & Wooded Badlands

      Reproduce

      • Create a world
      • Do /locatebiome badlands
      • Travel there
      • Go under Y = -64

      Observed Result

      No Bedrock Generated

      Expected Result

      Bedrock would generate
