Description :

Falling pointed dripstone don't break minecarts when falling on them(Intentional?).

Step To Reproduce :

Note(The bug still work even if the minecart is not on a rail)

1. Place a rail(Any)

2. Place a minecart on the rail(Any)

3. Place a block any height above the minecart

4. Place pointed dripstone under the block(Step 3)

5. Break the block(Step 3)
