What I expected to happen was...:
to see them when I visit the shelter. Bees would still be in the shelter and won't escape since their shelter is covered with walls, windows, floors, and roofs.

What actually happened was...:
they all disappeared without a trace except those bees were tied to a knot. I know this because I don't see the hives reproducing any honeys nor any bees making any sounds when they work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. When I upgraded its version from 1.17.1 to 23w43a
2. I check my backup from 1.17.1 to see if the bees were there, and they do.
