      The Bug
      Similar to MC-219200, the dripstone cave decorator generates dripstone clusters differently in each world with the same seed.

      How to Reproduce
      1. Find a dripstone cave and take a screenshot of a dripstone cluster.
      2. Copy the coordinates using F3+C
      3. Create another new world with the same seed.
      4. Paste the coordinates to the command chat.
      5. Take another screenshot.

      Expected Result
      The dripstone cave decorators are the same when generating different worlds with the same seed.
