phantom item created when dropping item from offhand in multiplayer

      If you fastly swap an item from Main- to Offhand and drop it, it sometimes keeps the item in the inventory AND drops it. However it doesnt duplicate the item, because the item will just disappear on pickup. I only have been able to reproduce this bug in Multiplayer.
