Found while testing MC-240032.

The bug

Being inside of a spawner block will cause the spawner texture to appear on the screen as a suffocation overlay. This is nonstandard for visually transparent blocks - even if they cause suffocation, an overlay is generally not displayed. (Compare beacons.)

How to reproduce

1. Find a way to place a spawner inside of your head, such as a fill command
2. Note that an overlay appears on the screen of the spawner texture
3. Retry this with a beacon
4. Note that there is no such overlay in this case, even if it still triggers suffocation

Expected results

No overlay would be displayed, as no other transparent block shows one.

Actual results

An overlay is still displayed anyway.
