After placing an item frame and an item inside it, several glitches occur, all involving passive mobs:
- Chickens penned up by fences will go through them, causing them to suffocate. This happens initially as well as upon every reload of the world.
- Cats (dogs?) that are sitting in unloaded chunks will teleport to a random location in the surrounding area, sometimes into solid blocks, also causing suffocation. This only happens the first time a frame is placed.
- Upon reloading the world, some passive mobs will appear invisible for a length of time ranging from five seconds to a full minute. This happens every time the world is loaded, even when the player is standing close to these mobs.
This has so far only happened in single player, and has not been tested on any difficulty or mode other than normal survival.
