The Bug

You can summon boat without gravity on the border and then go to 30,000,160. When you will touch 30,000,160 you will stuck in the boat without possibility to get out.

Reproduce

• Create a world on 1.17.1
• Go to the 29,999,999 ~ ~ block
• Summon boat without gravity. Use commad /summon boat ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1,CustomName:Name,CustomNameVisible:1}
• Get to the boat and fly to the 30,000,160 block
• You will stuck
