Expected Behaviour: Glowsquid should only spawn in complete darkness. Any light level greater than 0 should prevent glowsquid spawning

Observed Behaviour: Regardless of lighting added or light level, glowsquid are capable of spawning. Tested with sea lanterns, glowstone and daylight. 

To replicate: Find or construct area meeting conditions for glowsquid spawn. Light area as wished. Glowsquid will spawn.
