I CAN'T  mark 1.16.5 as the affected version too
Expected result: inventory show potion effects
Observed result: inventory doesn't show potion effects
How can you reproduce:
1. Throw a splash potion on top
2. Quickly open the inventory, wait the splash potion falls down
3. Note that you can't see the potion effect while opening inventory as usual
