The Bug

21w42a changes light blocks such that they now use the corresponding item texture for particle rendering. As such, the formerly used light texture rendered as a particle for all light levels is now unused. It was also previously used for light items with invalid state tags, however even this seems to no longer be the case (see also MC-235665).
