      Introduction
Just started a world with the latest snapshot, not a minute later. I stumbled upon a Ocean ruins generation above sea level, inside the "minecraft:frozen ocean biome". Read more information about this issue below.

      Explanation:
After a few google searches, I found out that the random generated structure ruins is indeed a Ocean ruins. After looking closely for more information about this on Minecraft Wiki, I discovered that ocean ruins rarely generate on Beach biomes. Well that's good. Going to the problem now.

      Problem:
The problem with this is that it does not blend very well with the Ocean variant for the Frozen Ocean Biome. Being generated inside the Frozen Ocean Biome, It used the wrong format for a Ocean Ruins. The grass block need to go and be replaced with ice blocks as well as the sugar canes on both ends must be removed.

PS: After watching Minecraft Live, the dialouges from Mister Henrik inspired me to track bugs within the latest snapshots and to provide feedback to help ease the workload from the development team
