When I use the Grindstone to disenchant Items with enchantments, it removes the enchantment but does not give any XP

I expected to receive XP from disenchanting enchanted Gear at the grindstone but instead no XP was given

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get enchanted Gear
2. Go to Grindstone
3. Put enchanted gear into Grindstone
