When I hit a rabbit with a netherite sword this morning enchanted with Fire Aspect, the rabbit didn't drop Cooked Rabbit upon death. All other animals dropped cooked meat, however. Flint and steel burns the drops before I can pick them up but If the rabbit doesn't drop them while on fire from a sword I don't think it would drop them from a flint and steel.
