The game's textures have been glitching since the latest launcher update. The following things happen when running Minecraft:

• The game's menus are split in half.
• The inventory items are mashed together or misaligned.
• Mob textures disappear and reappear, and they show up as several textures mashed together.

Some additional information:

• The textures would work properly before the launcher update.
• I have tried uninstalling the game, deleting any remaining game files, and reinstalling it.
• The game crashes when I try to run older versions.
