The Bug:

The fire animation isn't displayed for other players when players in creative mode are burning in fire or lava cauldrons.

Please note that the fire animation is displayed for other players when players in creative mode are burning in lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
2. Ensure that both players are in creative mode.
3. Get "Player A" to stand in some fire or a lava cauldron and have "Player B" look at them.
4. Have both players observe if they can see the fire animation on "Player A".
5. Take note as to whether or not the fire animation is displayed for other players when players in creative mode are burning in fire or lava cauldrons.

Observed Behavior:
