The Bug:

Villages and pillager outposts don't generate in savanna plateau biomes.

Despite savanna plateaus being identical to regular savanna biomes and also generated in the overworld (MC-236715), villages and pillager outposts aren't able to generate there.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a single biome savanna plateau world.
2. Attempt to locate a village or pillager outpost by using the commands provided below.

   /locate structure minecraft:village_savanna

   /locate structure minecraft:pillager_outpost

3. Take note as to whether or not villages and pillager outposts generate in savanna plateau biomes.

Observed Behavior:

Villages and pillager outposts don't generate.

Expected Behavior:

Villages and pillager outposts would generate.
