Summary:
(Splash and lingering) Potion of harming do not cause any damage to the enderman. This is inconsistent with the bedrock version and the fact that endermen are damaged by water bottles.
It seems to me that if endermen can take damage from splash / lingering water bottles, why doesn't potion of harming do them any damage.
Steps to reproduce:
- Summon the Enderman.
- Throw in it splash / lingering potion of harming.
Observed results:
Enderman simply teleports without taking damage.
Expected results:
Enderman teleports and takes damage.
