A friend of mine recently got a new PC,

Just bought Minecraft (after struggling for 15 mins because its so difficult now)

Then bought a Realms subscription so we can play together, we were able to play for 5 minutes and then she got kicked with the error "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset" and whenever joining back it kicks her with the same error again.
