There seems to be an issue with my world that I updated from one of the snapshots into the current version of Minecraft where the bees that I was keeping all seemed to have de-spawned. I've set the game mode to creative and used bee spawn eggs to repopulate the bee farm, but after exiting the world and returning back to it, all the bees that I had spawned have all disappeared as well.
