When you bind a key to toggle cinematic view then press it, cinematic view doesn't turn on. Instead all that happens is your mouse sensitivity goes really high until you turn it back off and the UI remains on the screen.
Steps to recreate: Bind a key to toggle cinematic view (I used F8) and press it.
