i can load up the launcher and everything but then when i get to the actual minecraft game and try to create a world it loads to 100% and then says joining world then it freezes on the saving world and then stops responding i did a troubleshoot report and it says incompatible launcher but when i download minecraft again same thing happens i have renstalled it and repaired it and it also says i can only open it in windows 8 at the highest and all the lower ones but I'm in windows 10

i can run mods on minecraft from forge and play on hypixel from clients but i cant run java minecrat
