When updating to snapshot 21w39a, witches do not spawn in witch huts. Aside from the first witch who spawns in with the hut when loaded, no witches spawn at the huts. I don't know if the witch bounding box is deleted but previous witch farms updated to this snapshot spawn normal mobs now. Also, newly generated witch huts behave the same way.
