generation glitch with river and mountain make the top of the mountain float

      the river pass in the mountain but some part of the top float

      What I expected to happen was...:

      the mountain are totally cut

      What actually happened was...:

      I just found that in the natural generation
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. generaate a world with that seed 5395576963221251463

      2. go to -601 89 -793
