When the effect lasts longer than 1638 seconds (around 27.2 minutes), its duration times shows "**:**" instead of countdown, which is very uninuitive.

I suggest to change this "to-placeholder delay" to a bigger and nicer number, like 30 or 60 minutes, and change the placeholder itself to show "30:00+" or "60:00+".
