Interface of chain command block shows its "auto" stats as "Always Active" even if "Needs Redstone" was set.

You can see this bug with following steps.

1. Place a command block.
2. Right-click the command block to open interface.
3. Turn "Needs Redstone" into "Always Active"
4. Click "Done" to close interface.
5. Right-click the command block to open interface.
