When the player holds an enchanted azalea, flowering azalea, small dripleaf, big dripleaf or spore blossom, the enchantment glint experiences z-fighting from all perspectives. This is especially noticeable with the big dripleaf and spore blossom.

To test, run any of the following commands:

/give @s minecraft:azalea{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:smite",lvl:1}]}
/give @s minecraft:flowering_azalea{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:smite",lvl:1}]}
/give @s minecraft:small_dripleaf{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:smite",lvl:1}]}
/give @s minecraft:big_dripleaf{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:smite",lvl:1}]}
/give @s minecraft:spore_blossom{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:smite",lvl:1}]}

Then hold the given item(s) in your hand and look around. The z-fighting will be readily apparent.

It's worth noting that this does not occur with scaffolding despite scaffolding having a double-sided face.
