Rabbits cannot jump over one block

To see this issue:
1. Enable minecraft version 1.17.1
2. Create a new world and enter the command / locatebiome desert
3. Find a hill and create rabbits with an egg, then pick up a carrot and start climbing the hill, sometimes the rabbit will not be able to climb
