Cave world types generate are missing terrain features

      The Bug

      Cave world types no longer generate the biome specific features such as grass blocks, trees etc.

      Reproduce

      • Create a cave type world
      • Go into spectator
      • Fly around
        Notice that no biome specific features generate like grass blocks

      Expected Result

      The cave biome would generate as normal
