When trading with a fletching villager in survival world, the villager provided more than 16 trades without exiting the interface.

What I expected to happen was...:
When trading with fletchers, you are supposed to get 16 trades and then they restock. If they restock while you have the trading interface up, you need to exit and re-enter the interface to continue trading.

What actually happened was...:
The villager provided more than 16 but less than 32 trades without exiting the villager interface.

Steps to Reproduce:
Trade with fletching villagers while they are restocking, spamming the space bar. It does not happen every time and may only happen during the second restock of the day.
