The Bug:

Igloos don't generate in snowcapped peaks, lofty peaks, and grove biomes.

This may be considered as a feature request, however, since igloos generate in the snowy slopes biome, it would make sense for them also to generate in the snowcapped peaks, lofty peaks, and grove biomes as well, as these are all considered as "cold" environments.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a single biome world and choose either the snowcapped peaks, lofty peaks, or grove biome.
• Attempt to locate an igloo structure.

• /locate igloo

• →  Notice how igloos don't generate in snowcapped peaks, lofty peaks, and grove biomes.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that igloos would generate in snowcapped peaks, lofty peaks, and grove biomes.
