Badlands strata is covered by orange terracotta at Y=160 and above

      Badlands will suddenly start generating orange terracotta at Y=160 and above for no apparent reason.

      To reproduce, use the seed -59145707969391316 and run the following command:

      /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p -12 177 2358
