Temperature can sometimes increase as height increases, causing snowy biomes to generate very strangely near mountains and cause temperature clashes. Expected is for temperature to not be affected by height, or for temperature to decrease as height increases.

To reproduce, use the seed 5594701409743548805 and run the following command:

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p -175 101 -499

Open F3 and fly straight up. Notice that as you do, the T value increases, and the biome changes from snowy_slopes to plains as a result.
