      The Bug:

      Icebergs can overlap villages.

      Here is an example:

      Version: 1.19.3
      Seed: -2055074493936140863
      Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 49862.28 63.00 698.47 121.05 -0.95

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
      2. Look closely at the nearby icebergs and the generation of the village.
      3. Take note as to whether or not icebergs can overlap villages.

      Observed Behavior:

      Icebergs can overlap villages.

      Expected Behavior:

      Icebergs would not be able to overlap villages.
