The Bug:

Large client-side stutters occur at the beginning and end of debug profiling.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a singleplayer world and enable the debug graphs by pressing "F3+ALT".
2. Press F3+L to begin debug profiling and take note of how a large client-side stutter occurs at the beginning of debug profiling.
3. Wait for the debug profiling to end and take note of how a large client-side stutter occurs at the end of debug profiling.

Observed Behavior:

Large client-side stutters occur at the beginning and end of debug profiling.

Expected Behavior:

Large client-side stutters would not occur at the beginning and end of debug profiling.
