Rails float if the block underneath it is replaced by an end portal

      If I place a block in the end portal and on top of that block a rail, then I activate the portal, this happens. It happens to all four of the different types of rail but it doesn't happen with saplings, flowers, torches, lanterns, or sea pickles.
