I created a default world and saw a savannah village and then I found crops in non-farmland blocks

Expected Results:

The seeds did not generate in the non-farmland blocks.

Observed Results:

The seeds were in non-farmland blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use /locatebiome savanna. (or /locate village if the nearest village is in the savannah)
2. Check if there are crops in non-farmland blocks.
