Corner stair template models are named inconsistently from the models that use them

      Discovered while testing MC-235694.

      The templates are called "inner_stairs" and "outer_stairs", but the models that refer to them have these in the opposite order; namely "[MATERIAL]_stairs_inner" and "[MATERIAL]_stairs_outer".
