Problem summary: 2 weeks ago (08/14/2021) I formatted the computer and transferred everything, including minecraft, from HD to SSD, reinstalled and put in exactly the same mods I was playing before and everything worked normally. After 2 weeks (08/28/2021), as I did every night, I opened minecraft, but it didn't. I thought I could find it anywhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere. As I couldn't find it on my computer, I tried to install it normally from the Minecraft website and it didn't work. I contacted support, he tried to help me and commented that it's probably a bug as nothing I did and nothing he recommended worked, now I'm reporting the bug so we can help.
Everything I've tried: open minecraft /// Search minecraft by computer to reinstall it /// Delete my .minecraft folder /// restart the computer /// Download all versions available for Windows (MSI and EXE) /// Contact support /// Login via Lunar Launcher (it worked, but I can't play with mods beyond what Lunar offers me, and I'm usually only interested in playing with mods, adventure, dungeon, etc.) /// try to download from another browser (explorer / microsoft edge)
