I have an ingame issue with shaders , Most items (torch, chest) appears black at all times. and i couldn't see chat as words will not appear on screen, my main menu titles are translucent and black, hard to identify wording.

Things i have tried to overcome this issue
1) reinstalling minecraft several times and repaired game files via (mc repair option)
2) ensured my java version is up to date (Jre-8u301)

My latest log is shown below : the problem is present but i do not have any idea how to resolve.
