      How to reproduce:

      1. Get a bow or a spyglass
      2. Hold Rightclick on the item
      3. Throw it out with Q and still hold Rightclick
      4. You are now slow until you release the Rightclick

      Versions:

      This is only in the version 1.17 and not in the 1.16 version.
