The mouse is inoperable in Realms and single player. Specificaly,

• Movement is unavailable. Won't rotate left/right or up/down.
• Tools still work.
• The keyboard functions as expected. 

I have rebooted, changed to a different mouse, unchecked the beta launcher option and restarted the launcher.
