Since note being able to sprint while blinded is intentional, this should not be the case.

Repro steps:
1. Start a Creative world
2. Summon an Illusioner
3. Make sure your difficulty is set to Hard
4. Set your game to survival
5. Sprint
6. Wait until it gives you blindness
→ You are still sprinting.
7. Stop sprinting or hit a 2-block wall
→ You cannot sprint again
