whenever i type a message in chat it doesnt work and just sends an error code saying "cannot send chat message" (take notice that this is on every single minecraft multiplayer server.)

What I expected to happen was...: 
i expected my message to be delivered.

What actually happened was...:
my message was not delivered and just sent back an error code

Steps to Reproduce:
1. basically send a message in chat and if you are unlucky like me then it wont work.
