The Bug:

You can interact with the scroll bar in the realms "Players" menu despite not actually having your cursor held over it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the minecraft realms menu.
2. Click on your realm and hit the "configure realm" button.
3. Hit the "players" button and make sure that you have enough players invited to your realm in order for the scroll bar to appear within the player list.
4. Simply click on the scroll bar; do not drag or move it, just click on it.
5. Move your cursor to the left side of the player list.
6. Use your cursor to drag downwards as if you were holding the scroll bar.
7. Take note as to whether or not you can interact with the scroll bar in the realms "Players" menu despite not actually having your cursor held over it.

Observed Behavior:

You can interact with the scroll bar.

Expected Behavior:

You would not be able to interact with the scroll bar.
