Mooshroom Texture Glitch

This is a brand new spawn, no packs, mods ect. and the Mooshrooms are either white with no features, or like the image below. I have tried reloading the same seed, upgrading the chunks ect. nothing had worked. I've also had this happen with villagers, always in the spawn chunks.
