Good afternoon, a while ago I made the purchase of minecraft java edition from instant gaming where I have been given a redeemable code on the minecraft website. When redeeming the code something has gone wrong i do not seem to have done correctly since when downloading the game I can only play the demo version. Attempting to enter the code again jumps the notification that the code has already been used. I would very much appreciate your help in getting the game back.
