      The Bug:

A maximum of thirty-two characters can be inputted into the "Invite player" field despite usernames not being able to exceed the sixteen character limit.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Navigate to the minecraft realms menu.
      • Click on your realm and hit the "configure realm" button.
      • Hit the "players" button.
      • Hit the "invite player" button.
      • Type a name that is longer than sixteen characters.
      • →  Notice how a maximum of thirty-two characters can be inputted into the "Invite player" field despite usernames not being able to exceed the sixteen character limit.

      Expected Results:

The expected behavior would be that you are only able to input a maximum of sixteen characters as usernames cannot exceed this limit. This could be considered as a feature request.
