The Bug:

The "Download latest" button in the realms world backups menu isn't immediately grayed out if no world backups are available.

In order to reproduce this, your realm must not have any world backups currently available. If you were to click on this button shortly after opening this menu before it appears gray, you are actually able to interact with it normally resulting in internal server errors.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the minecraft realms menu.
2. Click on your realm and hit the "configure realm" button.
3. Now click the "world backups" button.
4. Look at the "Download latest" button located in the upper right corner of your screen.
5. Take note as to whether or not the "Download latest" button in the realms world backups menu is immediately grayed out if no world backups are available.

Observed Behavior:

The "Download latest" button in the realms world backups menu isn't immediately grayed out if no world backups are available.

Expected Behavior:

The "Download latest" button in the realms world backups menu would be immediately grayed out if no world backups are available.
