In contrast to previous bug reports where mobs were reported to despawn when in spectator mode, no hostile mobs are despawning.

1. create cheat survival world
2. enter creative
3. set time to night
4. fly to a group of hostile mobs
5. enter spectator mode
6. already spawned hostile mobs will not despawn. (new hostile mobs do not spawn)
